
It is a Southern Italian welcome, which for me was seeing director Martina Provenzano walk through the central foyer with a beaming smile and a great warmth to embrace. This is Italy and the South. To me she represents the character of the hotel. She is local and proud of it, but she has lived and traveled all over the world.
